Travelers!

Today he asked me... "What can I do...or get...to make you happy!" I said, "Can you get the laughter of my Lord! The Love with which he weaves all souls..." He kept silent & then replied "No" I said...then there's nothing that you can buy or give... For the happiness which I seek! "Is that of my soul!" . I've realised after 19years since I met Atul, we both are travellers...learning through the pages of life, while he may have trotted around the globe, trying to share stories of people, their lives & struggles, documenting, living & understanding from each of their experiences & being humbled in many an instances...while I on the other hand, for last 17years since my life changed due to this chronic pain have traversed the depths of my soul, even though living most of my life in four walls of my home. I've seldom journeyed outside due to pain...and every time when Atul would ask me, do you want something from this place or that, where his stories would take him...I never truly wanted anything...& I now know why, because I too am on my journey. .
