I've Got Your Back!

"I've got your back!" I wondered.... "Hey! Teddu, was it something you said..." He said, " No! Mom! I've Got Your Back!" And I smiled... Thinking..."of-course you have!" . An artist thinks & sees things laterally, where it may be eccentric enough to imagine that a "Teddy" (that's Coco's best toy Teddu) could think....but it's a metaphor to that Voice above as God or below as Coco, that consoles and strengthens saying that don't you worry, "I've got your back!". Love that Coco gives comes closest to God. In a time when I know how difficult it is to battle through the weakness of muscles, where I can't sit up straight for 10minutes at a stretch, where I end up slouching forward, and at times the muscles are so fatigued that the only option left is to lie down for hours on end. It's almost like how a Building comes crumbling down like a house of cards when it's very foundation is blasted and everyday experiencing that. And that's where these pictures get made, these daily life scenes, which are so mundane yet they echo the truth that no matter how difficult things keep getting, I Know! They've got my back! .
