Beyond the rivers we shall meet!
With Smiles of Abundance & Peace!
For we weren't given this human form to die...But to Know!
We Are All Eternal Beings Of Light!
Ever-Fulfilled!
.
Just last week, my dad once again came in my dream. It was a beautiful, peaceful place, where heavens sky meet. There were lush green grass that couldn't get more veridien in hue & softness of light. He was sitting on a bench next to my mom. He was conversing with her, while a river of milky white flowed besides, beyond the ledge. And then he looks at me with a smile of such happiness, where all his unfulfilled desires had dissolved into Peace. I guess he had to communicate this to me first. Cause when you've lived in pain for long, where most of your desires remain like broken wings, there's some pain you carry within. I had prayed for my sister Karishma too, when at an young age of 21 she passed away after battling for one & a half years of being bedridden. I had prayed for dad too, that his wishes too get fulfilled. Because I know how each second I feel the burden when I wish to paint & create all those art works that are in my heart, but this body through autoimmune disease takes its own course. I felt, did they leave with an unfulfilled wish....
So he had to communicate this to me first, that he's happy. That we are not our wishes. There was a glint in his eye, piercing my soul, saying this life is a beautiful journey & when the time is up we all shall cross the river & meet our loved ones. That we truly have come here to do nothing, but to Be. That we are not our minds, our thoughts, not even the failings of our bodies. That every desire that our earthly life carries simply dwindles into the joy of knowing our true self that is always eternally fulfilled. For Death is just a dress of life & our being down on earth merges into light when our work here on earth is complete
.
Today on this day, when my mother gave me a body to let my soul complete its work, I dedicate this painting to her & only wish to remember the glint in my dads eye & the smile that he carries
