A time comes in the life of every soul...when all questions dissolve into quietness of ones heart...where there's no right, no wrong. An emptiness of sort, that God awaited for long; to fill in with His heart.
.
I had once come across a beautiful story of a person who survived the nazi camp, who's life, house, dignity were unjustly taken & as a Slave he survived the dark holocaust. Where the food would be scarce & filthy water was all they had. Where he reached a point where these questions that haunt one, "did I deserve to be treated so inhumanely", vanished. It was just Now & then when he survived & was ripe in age, in retrospect too there was only gratitude that he were alive. He saw humans in those camp falling down at the stage of an animal, at times snatching others meagre meal & some who would give away their only foot-wear to comfort their brethren from cold feet
.
That stage has come in my life too, where all questions have dissolved. Where this emptiness is the Only Need for my Beloved lord. During those enduring times, most became atheist & most held on to their faith. When life snatches away a lot from you, you do walk this thin line. But if you've held on to Love then Love shall be thy strength.
We humans all have had our dark past. It might not matter if what was done to us was right or wrong. But what truly matters is what in our hearts do we still hold on. Peace, forgiveness all born only in the heart of love. Maybe in this game of life it was never about winning but about Being Love.
.
If you've studied history of art, be it Rembrandt, Vangogh, Freida Kahlo, they all painted innumerable self portraits. These portraits were not to develop only ones artistic skills, but more so a representation, an evaluation of ones inner journey. Today I stand at this point in life where there's no right, no wrong, but with purity of my heart, words of love fearlessly speaks.
With Love, you can no longer be a facade.
For Coco, whose Love lets me breathe in gratitude to have him
