To let ones soul be free
In this Union called marriage
Is a beautiful understanding
A beautiful gift
& to be the light
In another’s darkness
Unquestionably...Unflinchingly...
With A Silence that only Love speaks
.
Is Marriage an act to fulfill one’s desires, or is it a place to give with such selflessness that even God bows. Is it a dance to the rhythm of highs & lows of life, do we learn only to speak a language, yet simple acts alone, leave us Kindred to our souls. To not forget to let Space Breathe, so that Air remains soft where songs can sing.
Through drudgery of monotones of blacks & whites, to not forget, but listen to hearts that speak through eyes. What we shall leave behind on tables that life served us, as pains & sorrows, even while smiles to each other were at times borrowed. Yet! What we may leave to that soul in union to A Marriage even through some dark nights, will be determined by how kind & loving we stay on their lips as smile.
Is signing on a paper; Marriage? is circling a fire; Marriage? is holding & forgetting vows; Marriage? Or is Giving & asking naught; Marriage...
Yet! When our souls entwine through darkness into light, not questioning nor judging, yet beholding others tears as stars through nights...Is where we learn to truly Acknowledge!
Marriage to me is Love that holds hearts...more than bodies that shall someday, inevitably dwindle & fall apart
Marriage to me is not simply a husband & wife, but an understanding that grows through souls, who in the midst of storms, may have forgotten the steps of dance, Yet as Music they lend songs of their heart’s
Marriage to me has never been, what the world perceives, Yet Ive walked through this chronic invisible pain of 2decades, in Marriage with Atul & Coco, where I’ve learnt to love myself & grow more Truthful to this Self within
