Today Coco came…
In all subtlety of leaves
Through the blues of my pain
That for long I’ve weep
As he lodged himself right within my heart
“Saying I shall never leave!”
The river of pain froze
Yet he gently shone as soft Sun
Quivering through leaves
-Somewhere in Kargil on our journey to Ladakh

In Leh, After having AMS symptoms & once again on bed rest,
I took a picture of me laying, As I could sense Cocos presence;
the way he’d lay his head on my chest, often times during lupus flare ups
The painting is a depiction of that moment of love,
Along with the song dedicated to him
