As the storm brews in that 3 pound of brain;
Volcanic eruptions of thoughts that scorch & blaze...& while mind in its very nature feasts on itself...like a pendulum through past & of things that have not happened yet!
& then like a tornado in its crushing storms you’re swept....Swirling Aimlessly...Till you Bleed...& Wept!
Until...
A Calm, A Peace, A Shift takes place within...
& a Voice sweeter, then A Nightingale sings- “You’re not That...You’re Not the Thoughts that you Think!”
& in that shift, Once again “The Universe Breathes!” & in that very Stand-Still...
You Allow God to send His-Sign for
“A New Beginning!”
For you can’t help but laugh, for the tears you’ve cried...
As you move away from Pain & inch towards Life!
& Boy O Boy! What A Life!
For what’s happening outside
Shall Never Be In Thy Control...
But if You’ve Shifted that Space-Within Then He’ll get The Universe to thy door...
& then You’ll know!
“Everything Is Already Given...”
For Now there’s no place for a mind to React-But-Act, not by Fear, But With Love that’s full of Your Beloved!

You’re not your thoughts & no sooner that shift takes place- the Universe bends to open a whole new door

At times through this 20years of invisible chronic pain, all i wish, Is to walk with Atul & Coco,
till the end of this earth!
